How information is handled

ObserX does not sell customer information. Technical information is used to evaluate and perform requested services, document major findings, and coordinate approved work. Information may need to be shared with a third-party provider when the customer authorizes that coordination or when the requested service depends on that provider.

Sensitive information

Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, private keys, security codes, or unnecessary sensitive personal information through ordinary website forms. When credentials are necessary, ObserX will identify an approved secure exchange method appropriate to the work.

Correction or deletion requests

You may ask ObserX to correct or delete information you submitted by emailing hello@obserx.com. Some information may need to be retained when it is part of an active service record, invoice, dispute, security review, or other legitimate business record. ObserX will explain when a request cannot be completed as submitted.
