Terms of Use

These terms describe the informational use of the ObserX website and the basic expectations around service inquiries.

Draft updated July 17, 2026

Informational website

The website describes ObserX services and demonstration concepts. Website content is general information and is not a substitute for evaluating the actual system, site conditions, vendor requirements, or approved scope.

No guaranteed repair

Technology problems can involve hidden failures, unsupported equipment, damaged cabling, third-party services, unavailable parts, or incomplete access. ObserX does not guarantee that every issue can be identified or repaired during an initial visit.

Estimates and approval

Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change when system conditions become clearer. Additional work, equipment, or third-party costs require customer approval before they are added to the scope.

Authorized access

You are responsible for confirming that you are authorized to request work on the property, accounts, devices, networks, cameras, websites, and third-party systems involved in the request.

Third-party systems

Internet providers, hosting companies, software vendors, camera manufacturers, payment providers, and other third parties control their own products, availability, pricing, policies, and support decisions. ObserX cannot guarantee their performance or decisions.

Website accuracy and availability

ObserX works to keep website information clear and current but does not promise that every page will always be error-free, complete, or continuously available. Demonstration metrics and names are sample data and do not describe real business activity.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the ObserX name, visual design, original website content, and original service materials may not be copied or presented as another business’s work without permission.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the website and service process change. Questions may be sent to hello@obserx.com.
